How to Create your first Report

Create a New Report

Go to the New Report page, and from there you can Create Your First Report very quickly : 

  1. Select the Ad Account you are interested in

  1. Date range allows you to select a date range for your report. You can also select Custom Range or Maximum for 37 months of data 

  1. Reports are already configured with a default Template in order to save you time. That’s what we call “Columns Presets

  1. Targets Metrics will change the colors of the Table based on your own KPIs. 

Then just click on the “Create Report” button to generate your report. 


Read your Report


A report is composed of 3 parts : 

  1. Averages & Summaries of your selected date range periods.

          

  • First row is your selected period 
  • Second row is a comparison of the previous period.
  • Third row is the delta between the selected date range and previous time period. 


  1. Graphs of your costs, conversion and ad spend. 

If you are interested in a particular date range on a graph, you can zoom in it.   

Graphics are interactive, so If you are interested in a particular date range on a graph, you can zoom in it. 

  1. And Daily Reporting of your selected date range. 

A cool feature : you can select multiple rows inside the Table with Ctrl command or Shift and then click on the button “Update Charts with row Selection” to change the graphs.


How to refresh the report data ?


When you create a report, the report data is automatically refreshed every 24 hours. 


If required, you can force the report refresh manually from the Action Button menu by clicking “Refresh” to get the most up-to-date data from your Ad Account with the selected date range. 



Share & Export Report

 

Need to export this report to share with your client or team ? 

  • Download in PDF whole report from Actions Button on the Top 

  • Or for a specific widget like only the first table or a graph.. 


You want to check something inside Facebook Ad Manager for this Ad Account on the current report date range? Then, Click on “Show in Ad Manager”.



You are now ready to Create your First Report like a PRO !
